The WOOLY DUSTER'S big head bends in any direction you wish it to be in. However it is not meant to be bent back and forth. It is attached to a 6" long threaded paint

for the price you can beat this Sees Car Buffer .. the power is great ! I sanded a table I am working on to refinish and it came out perfect and smooth .. great value for your money for sure , was very easy to use ..
